Ikechukwu (Ike) Oli has over 20 years of extensive experience in Software Test and Quality Engineering. Ike is an experienced individual contributor and leader with experience contributing to and leading in-house, outsourced and international test teams of 5 to 40 engineer on multiple simultaneous projects and varying development methodologies. This includes planning, documenting, developing, testing, quality auditing, risk assessing, implementing, reporting on tactical and strategic software quality and test goals with proven customer service and communication skills for effective project implementation, team building, problem solving and end-user support.
At Binofair LLC, Ike, who is an active member of ASQ and is primarily responsible for gathering and reviewing customer test and quality needs especially in the medical device industry space (FDA, ISO, IEC and EU-MDR), proposing best industry practice solutions for small and large test and quality projects. Implementing, maintaining and reporting on proposed solution. This includes cost benefits analysis, scalability models, methodologies (automation and manual) symbiotic to the development environment. These solutions are tailored to specific customer needs such as audits, product requirements and specifications creation or reviews, industry standards/regulations compliance and any attendant risks mitigation with continuous improvement. Ike is also responsible for tools provisioning/training and developing work instructions, policies and procedures within industry regulations and standards.
